New Builds

A yacht’s success begins long before it leaves the shipyard. While engineering and design take centre stage during construction, the operational side of the yacht must also be carefully prepared so that everything runs smoothly from day one.

The build phase is complex, fast-moving, and filled with logistical challenges. Establishing clear administrative systems, organising crew structures, and preparing financial and operational processes early on helps ensure the yacht transitions seamlessly from project to operation.

From NDAs and crew structure planning to immigration, accommodation, and onboard systems setup, we take care of the operational groundwork behind the scenes. With these foundations in place, captains and project teams are free to stay focused on the build itself while knowing the yacht is being prepared for life in operation.

what New Builds includes

Operational Setup
Crew Administration
Financial Systems
Delivery Logistics
Preparing a yacht for service begins long before delivery. During the build phase, we help establish the operational systems and administrative frameworks that will support the vessel once it enters service. This includes developing onboard workflows, document management systems, operational procedures, and practical structures that allow the yacht to transition smoothly from shipyard project to fully functioning operation.
Recruiting and organising crew during a new build requires careful coordination and forward planning. We assist with establishing crew administration systems, organising employment documentation, coordinating joining procedures, and maintaining clear crew records throughout the recruitment process. By structuring these systems early, the crew can step onboard with clear organisation already in place.
Setting up the yacht’s financial administration early in the build process ensures spending and reporting remain organised from the outset. We assist with establishing budgeting frameworks, expense tracking procedures, supplier documentation processes, and accounting systems that will support the yacht once it becomes operational. This provides captains and management teams with clear financial oversight from day one.
As the yacht approaches delivery, the pace of activity increases significantly across multiple teams. We assist with coordinating the administrative and logistical preparations required during this phase, including documentation management, travel arrangements, accommodation planning, and operational setup ahead of handover. Careful organisation during this stage helps ensure the transition from shipyard to active operations runs as smoothly as possible.
