We assist with the preparation, organisation, and ongoing monitoring of yacht budgets to provide captains and management teams with clear financial oversight. This includes tracking operational expenditure against projected budgets, highlighting variances, and helping ensure spending remains aligned with the vessel’s programme. Our support helps maintain financial transparency while allowing captains to make informed decisions regarding provisioning, maintenance, and operational planning throughout the season.
We manage the processing and organisation of supplier invoices and onboard expenditure, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and allocated to the correct accounts. Card accounts are reconciled regularly, with clear documentation maintained for accounting records and owner reporting. By keeping financial records structured and up to date, we help reduce administrative backlog and ensure accounts remain organised and audit-ready.
Crew payroll requires careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance. We assist with the preparation and organisation of payroll documentation, salary schedules, and payment tracking to ensure crew wages are processed smoothly and on time. Our support helps captains and management maintain clear payroll records while ensuring crew payments remain consistent and professionally administered.
For charter yachts, we assist with the administration and monitoring of Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA). This includes tracking guest expenditure during charters, organising receipts and purchase records, and assisting with the preparation of accurate APA reconciliations. Our support ensures financial transparency for charter guests while helping the yacht maintain clear and organised records of all charter-related expenses.
