Our Founder

Meet Carla Brothers

With 12 years’ experience in the yachting industry, 10 of those as a dedicated and detail-driven Purser, Carla brings a wealth of operational expertise and a deep understanding of the superyacht standard. Having managed the logistics, finances, and guest services onboard some of the world’s most prestigious yachts, Carla knows firsthand what it takes to keep a vessel running flawlessly behind the scenes.

Driven by a passion for perfection and a genuine love for what she does, Barcelona-based founder Carla recognised the need for elevated administrative support within the yachting industry and has created Purser Support to deliver exactly that.
